1. Fill out a legalization application form (If apply for another person, power of attorney is required)
2. Copy of Passport
3. Copy of Company Registration Certificate
4. If apply with power of attorney, please provide a copy of the passport of both parties
5. The documents you want to legalize both original document(s) and a copy
6. Translation certified by the translator
7. Processing fee in form of money order (400 baht/document) and return express mail postage fee (60 baht)
