Do not forget!!! Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.
If foreigner who has been granted temporary stay in the Kingdom overstay for 90 days with Non-Immigrant Visa or
extend his stay in the Kingdom without leaving the Kingdom, must make notification of staying in the Kingdom every 90 days.
Foreigner must notify their stay within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.
If foreigner staying in the Kingdom over 90 days without notifying The Immigration Bureau or notifying the immigration bureau
later than the set period. If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case.
Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days or 90 Days Report.
If a foreigner has been granted temporary stay in the kingdom and overstaying 90 days, foreigner is obliged to make the
notification to the Immigration Division every 90 days. Is there any competent locality of 90 Days Report Section, foreigners
can make notification in accordance with Section 37(5) of the Immigration Acts, B.E. 2522
What type of visa holder must notify every 90 days?
Any foreigner has been granted the following types of visa in Thailand, must go to the Immigration Office to make notification for 90 days.
- Business Visa (Non-B)
- Work Permit (Non-B)
- Retirement Visa (Non-O)
- Marriage Visa (Non-O)
- Follower visa (Non-O)
- Volunteer Visa (Non-O)
Who must make notify every 90 days?
Foreigner who has been granted visa to stay in the Kingdom of Thailand must notify their residence to Immigration Office every 90 days.
What happens If foreigner do not notify their stay?
Foreigner must notify their stay within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.
If foreigner staying in the Kingdom over 90 days without notifying The Immigration Bureau or notifying the immigration bureau
later than the set period, a fine of 2,000 Baht will be collected.
4 Procedures for notification 90 days.
- The foreigner makes the notification in person.
Making notification at any Immigration Burea in local residence with below required documents.

1.3 Notification of staying over 90 days (In case of overstaying 90 days)
1.4 Complete Form TM.47 with signed.
- The foreigner authorizes another person to make the notification.

2.4 Complete Form TM.47 with signed.
2.5 Power of Attorney with signed.
- The foreigner makes the notification by registered mail.
Regarding to the spread of covid 19, for Due to the epidemic situation of COVID-19,please cooperate for Covid-19 Prevention Methods with Thai Government's measures and to reduce congestion through the Immigration Office, please make notification by registered mail with the below required documents.
3.1 Passport (Front page showing name / surname / Passport No.)

3.3 Notification of staying over 90 days (In case of overstaying 90 days)
3.4 Complete Form TM.47 with signed.
3.5 Envelope with 10 Baht stamp affixed and return address of foreigner for the officer in charge to send back the lower part of form TM. 47 after having received the notification. This part must be kept for reference and for future notifications of staying over 90 days.
3.6 The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner. Send the mail before the renewal date 15 days to Immigration Checkpoint in local area where the foreigner resides.
